Flexible Spending accounts are offered through National Benefit Services. Health care and dependent care accounts are available to help employees pay for medical, dental and vision services on a pre-tax basis. National Benefit Services offer visa cards and direct deposit for the convenience of employees.
The Nu Skin 401(k) Plan is designed to help employees plan for their future. Nu Skin offers a generous employer match and short vesting schedule. Nu Skin offers the traditional pre-tax 401(k) and after-tax Roth 401(k) feature. All regular employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) on the first of the month following their hire date. Employees may contribute up to the IRS limit.
Nu Skin offers health care coverage to full time employees and their eligible dependents effective upon the first day of the month following their hire date. Medical Insurance — SelectHealth traditional PPO and HDHP/HSA choices. Dental Insurance — Dental Select traditional and managed care choices. Vision Insurance — EyeMed Vision Care and reimbursement up to $75 for the purchase of glasses or contacts.
EAP is a free resource to meet everyday issues like job pressures, relationships, retirement planning or finding child care. Counseling, information, referral and support services are provided. It is provided by Ability Assist to help employees resolve issues and problems quickly so they can stay healthy, happy and productive. Long term disability, accidental death and dismemberment and life insurance — these are Nu Skin benefits for our full time employees provided by The Hartford Insurance Company.
Nu Skin offers voluntary programs to all employees through MetLife, Aflac and LifeLock at special discounted group rates. These voluntary programs include Auto & Home Insurance, Accident, and Critical Illness with Cancer, Hospital Insurance and Identity Fraud.
The Tuition Reimbursement program allows employees to seek reimbursement from the Company for the costs incurred as you further your education. Reimbursement will be paid on all approved classes completed with a B- grade or higher. Employees may be reimbursed for the tuition, fees, and books associated with undergraduate courses and graduate courses.
