As announced at Nu Skin LIVE, we introduced a new innovative program – the Velocity business model. As with all great innovations and enhancements, comes a period of preparation. The America’s region will introduce the Velocity business model in phases.

 

There are three primary features of the new plan. 

 

Share, Build and Lead. Here’s when you can expect Nu Skin’s Velocity enhancements!

BUILD is about offering greater incentives to acquire new customers and develop new business builders by maximizing performance each and every week.

 

The Build Bonus rewards performance earlier in the month, by paying weekly! It also pays increased bonus percentages, up to 40%. You’ll receive increased pay on increased sales!

 

The Build Bonus feature also allows your team to be promoted to Executive in any week during the month, allowing new sales leaders to begin taking advantage of the Build Bonus right away.

 

WHEN? - There’s no launch date set. It’s our desire to work more closely with more sales leaders to best determine when and how we implement this enhanced feature of Velocity. More information to come soon about the Build Bonus! 


LEAD rewards sales leadership. Rewarding leadership has always been Nu Skin’s competitive advantage, and it will continue to be with the Velocity business model.

 

The Lead Bonus will provide all the same benefits of 5% paid through 6 generations of Executive sales volume, but does so in a new and powerful way.

 

Beginning January 2018, Nu Skin sales leaders may choose to opt in to this alternative Lead Bonus qualification path.

 

The Lead Bonus will run side by side with the current Breakaway Bonus qualification requirements in today’s Nu Skin Sales Compensation plan.

 

From January – June 2018, existing sales leaders, and any new sales leaders can choose to opt-in to the Lead Bonus of Velocity.

 

Starting from July 2018, Ruby, Emerald and Diamond Executives will have a 2-year transition plan to the new Velocity business model. This means you can continue to qualify under the current Breakaway Bonus requirements in today’s Sales Compensation Plan through June 2020.

 

If you are (paid as) a Blue Diamond by June 2018, you’ll have the option to qualify for the Leading Bonus, or qualify with the current Breakaway Bonus in the current Sales Compensation Plan. Blue Diamonds will have the option to adopt Velocity at their own pace. 

 

The Lead Bonus alternative will create a very strong desire to qualify for Velocity as we reward productive leadership. We are really excited about the potential of Velocity. Look forward to learning more very soon.
